So today is the second day of the OMLI institute, and believe me it has been quite an adventure already. I am very excited to see all the students and how they begin to interact more and more with one another. I can see the students in my group and how they are becoming more confident in themselves an more willing to share their thoughts. Its incredible to see the bonds that are being formed not only between the students but between the staff and students . We are all working very hard to give the best we can to the students so they can develop better leadership skills, and hopefully throughout the week they become more comfortable with the whole institute.
