It's been a great week so far. The students are connecting and building relationships with each other which is exciting to witness. I love to see the way that students grow during the week and how much confidence they gain from the Institute. The students gain a lot of knowledge about college but most importantly they begin to have hope and believe that they can overcome their obstacles no matter what they might be. I am just happy to be a part of the Institute and I hope to help every student in anyway. I want the best for them and to demonstrate them that people do care about them and want to see them succeed.
